VEGDOG is a young Munich-based company that has been on its way to becoming the European market leader in vegan dog food since 2015.

Founder Tessa developed a passion for animals early on. When her German Shepherd mix Nelsen developed a food allergy, Tessa, on the advice of her vet and due to a lack of alternatives on the market, began cooking for him herself and developing plant-based, needs-covering recipes. This is how VEGDOG came into being – to fill the market gap and offer a healthy alternative to other dog owners in similar situations.
