VEGDOG is a young Munich-based company that has been on its way to becoming the European market leader in vegan dog food since 2015.

Founder Tessa developed a passion for animals early on. When her German Shepherd mix Nelsen developed a food allergy, Tessa, on the advice of her vet and due to a lack of alternatives on the market, began cooking for him herself and developing plant-based, needs-covering recipes. This is how VEGDOG came into being – to fill the market gap and offer a healthy alternative to other dog owners in similar situations.

With VEGDOG, it's easy to provide your dog with the best possible nutrition while supporting animal welfare and the climate. Plant-based foods exclude the most common major allergens for dogs and are therefore excellently suited for dogs with food allergies.

VEGDOG products are developed in collaboration with specialist veterinarians and thoroughly tested for their nutrient content and tolerability. The steadily growing product range offers something for all dog noses: wet and dry food as complete feeds, supplements, and a colorful snack assortment for training sessions, dental care, or simply a tasty reward in between.
